Attorney Bio

Daniel S. Elimelech has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 2010, and has over 12 years of litigation experience. Mr. Elimelech opened his firm with a focus primarily on helping the injured attain a sense of normalcy, necessary medical treatment and just compensation. Since having experienced his father suffer severe work-related injuries as a teenager, Mr. Elimelech was determined to fight for the injured. He has obtained numerous settlements on behalf of his clients. Before hanging his own shingle, Mr. Elimelech was a litigation attorney at Anidjar & Levine, P.A for nearly four years. While at Anidjar & Levine, P.A., Mr. Elimelech handled and settled hundreds of personal injury lawsuits, including car accidents and slip and falls, and obtained valuable personal injury litigation and jury trial experience.

Prior to joining Anidjar & Levine, P.A., Mr. Elimelech practiced first-party insurance litigation. Mr. Elimelech also served as Senior Attorney for the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families (DCF). While at DCF, Mr. Elimelech gained substantial litigation experience, including first-chair trial experience, while prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases in Miami-Dade County.

Mr. Elimelech obtained his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law. During his studies, Daniel spent two semesters working as a certified legal intern at Florida International University College of Law for both the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic and Immigrant Children’s Justice Clinic. There, he successfully argued for the release of a political asylee before the U.S. Immigration Court. He also served as a certified legal intern for Legal Services of Greater Miami where he provided critical legal advice for low-income families and individuals facing eviction and foreclosure.

Daniel received his B.A. from the University of Miami where he double majored in Philosophy and Geography and minored in Religious Studies. There, he obtained honorable recognition on the Dean’s and Provost’s Lists.
